In general, yoga practice is recommended in the morning or the early evening. A morning yoga session can be quite active and consist of a full practice. But you can do yoga anytime empty stomach just maintain the gap of two to three hours in your meals.

Best time to do yoga is in morning with empty stomach and if it's possible you can do practice during pram mahurat ( 4am - 6am ) this is best time for any kind of sadhna. Thank you

In general, yoga practice is recommended in the morning or the early evening . A morning yoga session can be quite active and consist of a full practice. Always finish with Savasana (Corpse Pose), no matter what time of day or season your practice.
